Writer and artist Juanita Casey would have been 95 today and the words above were her favourite adage - which she did her very best to fulfil! Here she is, pictured in a corner of the New Forest, close to the place she and Sven Berlin camped when they arrived in their Gypsy wagon in 1953. In 2012 I wrote her obituary and thought today I would share it with you as a tribute to a truly independent spirit. We miss her love of life, her humour and her passion...
